MGH Summer Club Membership Terms

These Terms govern the purchase and use of an MGH Summer Club membership. By purchasing the membership, the member confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.
1. Provider
MGH Summer Club is provided by M G H MARKETING MANAGEMENT L.L.C (“MGH”, “we”, “us”), Office 4D-76, Trade Center, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. The membership
MGH Summer Club is a personal annual membership giving access to selected member rates and benefits offered by participating accommodation providers.
Membership does not guarantee that every property, room, date or benefit will always be available.
MGH provides the membership but does not provide the accommodation or other travel services. Each reservation is a separate contract with the accommodation or booking provider identified during the booking process and is governed by its own booking conditions.
The membership is not a package holiday, timeshare or travel agency service.
3. Savings Guarantee
MGH guarantees that every rate advertised as an MGH Summer Club member rate will be lower than the comparable public direct rate available from the same accommodation provider at the same time.
Rates are comparable only when they have the same property, room, dates, number of guests, meal plan, currency, taxes, payment conditions and cancellation policy.
The guarantee does not mean that member rates will be available for every property or date, or that a fixed discount percentage will always apply.
Limited promotions, loyalty rates, mobile-only prices, package offers, private rates and offers with different conditions are not considered comparable rates.
4. Personal use
Members must be at least 18 years old and must provide complete and accurate information.
Membership and booking codes are personal and non-transferable.
The member must:
- be included among the staying guests;
- make the reservation personally;
- pay for the reservation personally;
- use the same name and email address associated with the membership.
MGH or the accommodation provider may request proof of identity and membership validity.
The membership code may not be shared, published, sold, transferred or used to make reservations for third parties when the member is not travelling.
5. Price payment and activation
The membership price is EUR 99 for twelve months, unless a different price is clearly displayed before payment.
Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be shown at checkout.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. MGH does not receive the complete payment-card number or security code.
Membership becomes active only after successful payment.
6. Automatic renewal and cancellation
Membership lasts for twelve months and automatically renews for additional twelve-month periods unless the next renewal is cancelled before the renewal date.
The member authorises Stripe to charge the stored payment method for each renewal that has not been cancelled.
The next renewal may be cancelled at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. The member may also contact marketing@mghglobe.com.
Cancelling automatic renewal prevents the next payment but does not end membership during the period already paid. It does not create a refund for the current membership period.
Any price change will apply only to a future renewal and will be communicated when required by law. MGH will send any renewal reminder required by applicable consumer law.
7. Member rates and bookings
Member rates depend on availability, participating properties, eligible dates and the booking conditions displayed when the reservation is made.
Member rates cannot be combined with another discount or promotional code unless expressly stated.
Before confirming a reservation, the member must check the final price, currency, taxes, inclusions, payment schedule and cancellation conditions.
Membership must be valid when the reservation is made and may also be required to remain valid on the scheduled check-in date.
If membership ends before check-in, the accommodation provider may request payment of the difference between the member rate and the applicable public rate or cancel the reservation where this consequence was included in the accepted booking conditions.
No additional amount will be charged to a payment card without a lawful contractual basis and valid payment authorisation.
Cancelling or withdrawing from the membership does not automatically cancel a separate accommodation reservation. Cancelling an accommodation reservation does not cancel the membership.
8. Withdrawal and refunds
Where mandatory consumer law provides a cooling-off right, the member may exercise it within the applicable period.
For consumers protected by European Union rules, this period is generally fourteen days from the online purchase. The request must be sent before the deadline to marketing@mghglobe.com.

If the member expressly requested immediate activation, MGH may deduct from the refund any proportionate amount legally due for access and benefits already supplied before withdrawal.
Where permitted by applicable law, this calculation may take into account the economic value of a benefit or discount actually used. It will not constitute an arbitrary penalty.
When withdrawal becomes effective:
- membership access ends immediately;
- the member must stop using the membership code;
- any pending member-rate reservation will be handled according to Section 7 and its booking conditions.
After the applicable withdrawal period has expired, membership fees are non-refundable unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Non-use of the membership, cancellation of a trip, unavailable preferred dates or savings lower than expected do not create a right to a refund.
9. Misuse suspension and termination
MGH may suspend membership while investigating suspected fraud, code sharing, identity mismatch, payment reversal, security risks or violations of these Terms.
MGH may terminate membership in cases of proven fraud, unlawful conduct or serious or repeated misuse.
No refund will be due when membership is terminated because of the member’s proven material breach, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
A chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically cancel an amount lawfully owed. MGH may provide payment and membership records to Stripe or the relevant payment provider when responding to a dispute.
10. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe or MGH may retry the payment and ask the member to update the payment method.
Membership access may be suspended or may expire if payment is not successfully recovered.
11. Changes and interruptions
MGH may add, remove or change participating properties, eligible dates, codes and additional benefits for commercial, operational, security or legal reasons.
MGH will not materially remove the main paid membership service during an active membership period without providing any remedy required by applicable law.
Access may occasionally be interrupted because of maintenance, booking-system problems, payment-network failures, security measures or circumstances outside MGH’s reasonable control.
MGH will use reasonable efforts to restore access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MGH is not responsible for:
- accommodation or travel services independently provided by third parties;
- actions, omissions, cancellations or failures of participating accommodation providers;
- travel arrangements made before a reservation has been confirmed;
- indirect or consequential losses;
- circumstances outside MGH’s reasonable control.
Where liability may legally be limited, MGH’s total liability arising from the membership contract will not exceed the membership fees paid to MGH during the twelve months preceding the claim.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by mandatory law.
13. Privacy and communications
MGH processes personal information according to the MGH Summer Club Privacy and Cookie Policy.
Operational communications concerning payments, security, membership status, cancellation and renewal may be sent independently of any optional marketing consent.
The member is responsible for maintaining a valid email address and checking messages received from MGH and Stripe.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
This choice does not remove any mandatory protection available to a consumer under the law of the country in which the consumer habitually resides, where that law applies.
Complaints should first be sent to marketing@mghglobe.com.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from using any court or consumer authority available under mandatory law.
15. Promotions and Dream Trips
No prize draw, Dream Trip, competition or chance-based promotion forms part of the paid membership unless it is launched under separate official rules.
Those rules will specify eligibility, territory, dates, selection method, prize conditions, promoter and any required approvals.
Purchasing membership does not automatically create a right to participate in a future promotion.
16. General provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
A delay by MGH in enforcing any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
The member may not transfer the membership or membership contract to another person.
MGH may transfer the contract as part of a genuine company reorganisation, business sale or transfer, provided that mandatory consumer rights are not reduced.
