Before you join.
Is the membership personal?
Yes. The membership cannot be transferred. The name on the booking and the name of the cardholder making the payment must match the membership holder.
Is a saving guaranteed?
Yes. MGH Summer Club always guarantees a minimum saving of more than 10% compared with the comparable public online rate for the same property, room, dates and booking conditions. The exact percentage may vary from a minimum of 10% to a maximum of 35%, depending on the period.
Can I check the price before purchasing the membership?
Yes. We recommend checking the property’s availability and public online rate for your preferred dates first. You can then purchase the membership and book using the discount reserved for members.
How do I receive the discount after purchasing?
After payment, you will receive your membership confirmation by email together with all the instructions needed to view and book the rates reserved for members.
What if I do not see the expected discount?
Contact us before completing the booking. We will verify that the comparison covers the same property, room, dates and booking conditions and help you access the correct rate.
Is the membership payment secure?
Yes. Payment is processed through Stripe, an international platform specialising in online payments. MGH Summer Club does not directly store your card details.
How long does membership last?
It lasts 12 months from the purchase date and renews annually unless you cancel the renewal.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time through the customer portal and retain access until the end of the paid annual period.
Does membership guarantee a room?
No. Every stay remains subject to availability and the booking conditions of the participating property. We recommend checking availability and the price first, then purchasing the membership and booking with the member saving.
